2.3 The Company reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account suspension.

2.4 bd700 operates in the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. The Company makes no representations that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. 3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 To access the full range of services on bd700, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bd700 Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. Any changes must be communicated to bd700 customer support promptly.

3.3 bd700 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent point determined by the Company:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within the last three months);

3.4 bd700 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Verification is typically completed within 48–72 hours of document submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to five (5) business days.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 bd700 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All transactions on bd700 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your bd700 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method. bd700 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bd700 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed by the bd700 payments team within two (2) to six (6) hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours, or during periods of high volume, may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 4.5 bd700 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. These checks may include — but are not limited to — requesting additional identity documents, confirming the source of funds, and verifying that the payment method registered on the account belongs to the account holder. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that is not registered in the account holder's own name.

4.6 Players must not deposit funds from payment accounts belonging to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name that matches the name on the bd700 account. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 bd700 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion, bonus offer, or free bet at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect a bonus that has already been credited to a player's account and is actively being wagered in good faith.

5.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are complete will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings.

5.6 The Company's decision regarding the award, forfeiture, or voiding of any bonus or promotional offer is final.
